However, descriptions of the following asset classes have been amended or added: 00.12, 00.3, 01.221, 01.222, 01.3, 01.4, 36.0, 36.1, 40.4, 48.12, 48.121, 48.31-48.45, 50 and 51. Webfacilities, sewers (not including municipal sewers in Class 51), wharves and docks, bridges, fences, landscaping shrubbery, or radio and television transmitting towers. Does not include land improvements that are explicitly included in any Other class, and buildings and structural components as defined in section 1.48-l(e) of the regulations.
