WebIn regards to the party XP etc, previously in eFlyff, the party system allowed you to gain bonus XP for just having random fillers dotted along the place and using a level 1 leech. This doesn't work anymore now. To get the bonus XP, you need to be leveling around people killing the same monster, so the more you get the more bonus XP.
